Returns and exchanges

When you place an order with us, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.  
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the service agreement has been concluded (without giving any reason). You will then be credited with the full order amount. If you have already received the service within these 14 days, your right of withdrawal lapses.
