Plant-Based Solutions is responsible for the processing of personal data as reflected in this privacy statement.
Personal data which we process
Plant-Based Solutions processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.
Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Order processing
When you place an order, we use your personal data to process it. We receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this purpose we use your e-mail address, telephone number, IP address, billing address, name and address details and payment information. We do this on the basis of your consent.
Contact form and newsletter
When you fill in our contact form, we use your naw-data, ip-address, phone number and e-mail address. If you actively provide us with other data, we also process them. We do this on the basis of your consent.
We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and services. Each newsletter contains a link allowing you to unsubscribe.

Why, and on what grounds, we process personal data
Plant-Based Solutions processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending of newsletters
- To call or e-mail you, if necessary to perform our services
- To inform you of changes to our services and products
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Plant-Based Solutions analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the offer of products and services to your preferences.
We cooperate with certain companies, which may receive your personal data mentioned above from us.

Plant-Based Solutions does not, on the basis of automated processing, make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals. These are decisions made by computer programmes or systems, without a human being (e.g. an employee of Plant-Based Solutions) being involved.

Plant-Based Solutions stores your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected.
Plant-Based Solutions provides to third parties if necessary for the performance of our agreement, if we cooperate with these third parties or to comply with a legal obligation.

They also allow us to optimise our website. You can opt out of cookies by configuring your internet browser to stop storing cookies. Reviewing, updating or removing data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Plant-Based Solutions and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.
You can send a request to access, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@plantbasedsolutions.health. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to the request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Plant-Based Solutions takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
