Guarantee and complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. I recommend that you first communicate complaints to me by emailing me. I always try to answer complaint e-mails within 2 working days, but in any case within 14 days.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible for consumers in the EU to submit the dispute for mediation through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
